At Kasha, we operate with a no returns, no refunds policy, as all our items are made to order. This approach allows us to reduce waste, embrace sustainability, and offer high-quality, custom-made products for every customer. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders (size, color, etc.) before finalizing their purchase.

2. Product Defects or Size Issues

If you receive a product with a defect or experience any size issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

  • Assess the issue and work with you to correct the defect or adjust the sizing.
  • Fix the issue and send the product back to you within 7 working days at no additional cost.

Please make sure to include clear photos of the defect or issue when contacting us to help us resolve it quickly.

As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized or personalized items unless there is an error on our part. Please double-check any personalization details before placing your order.
